We can have your team up and running in as little as a week, depending on how many users need to be trained and how many projects need to be loaded. When you sign up, you’ll receive a registration email and a link to schedule your team’s training session. At that point, it’s really up to you to decide when you can get everyone together.
We offer separate or combined training sessions for field and office. Our training sessions take about 45 mins for the foremen and 1 hr for the office personnel. We will ask for a list of your users beforehand so we can help you register everyone, and we encourage you to have the foremen download the app ahead of time.

Yes. FWO is designed to perform as a fully featured application on a tablet (iOS and Android) and is built for field users in mind. The web portion of FWO allows Project Managers and other office staff to utilize the product for extra work that is being routed from the field to the office for approval and further processing.
Very quick. We’ve trained all age ranges of field personnel, including some who have never touched an iPad or tablet. During training, foremen create practice tags, get all their questions answered, and are allowed to continue practicing until they feel confident. By the time they create their first live FWO in the field, they are comfortable with the process.
Everything pertaining to the project is loaded on the back-end on the website which the PMs have access to. The field never sees Trade Rates or Billing Rates or Material, Equipment and Rental prices. They are only tasked with entering quantities. The correct pricing will show up in the pricing step for the PMs or those with roles and permission to see them.
Yes. We have a GC FWO version that can be used in conjunction with the Sub FWO accounts. Once set up, there are a series of requests to send and accept from the GC to the Sub that then allows the Sub to connect the GC and their projects. The GC can then see an overall view of the FWOs and FWAs created by the subs, they can even create FWOs and groupings for the subs as well.
When the foreman is ready to have the FWO signed so he can turn it in for processing he has a couple of options.
In the field, he’ll take his tablet to the Superintendant and get a signature on the app in person. The second option is to send a copy of the tag in an email and request an electronic signature.
In either case, when the FWO is signed, both teams are emailed notifications that it’s been signed and is ready for processing. The GC can see the progress of the FWO on their GC account at any time.
